	John Morse John Morse is an established solicitor with commercial and licensing experience throughout the UK. John Morse has vast experience in Licensing having for many years successfully represented National Companies and PLC’s in Liquor, Betting and Gaming Licensing. John has advised hotels restaurants and brewers as well and individuals on all aspects of the licensing trade from planning to acquisitions, licences and appeals. John Morse undertakes all commercial work from buying and selling businesses & assets to Commercial Leases John Morse also undertakes trust, tax and estate planning work.
	Andrew Sivertsen Andrew Sivertsen is a partner at the firm who started work at the practice in August 2000. Andrew oversees most of the litigious work at the firm including, personal injury, matrimonial and civil and commercial disputes. Andrew has conducted matters on small claim trials and assisted in appeals at the Royal Court of Justice in London. Andrew also has experience under the Licensing Act 2003 and represented Mitchells and Butler in the first appeal to the Magistrates Court under this new legislation. Andrew also practices in the area of commercial property.
	Brian Harrop-Griffiths Brian Harrop-Griffiths is a consultant with the firm who has in excess of 40 years experience. Brian Harrop-Griffiths is a specialist in the area of residential conveyancing and has advised many clients over the years in all parts of the conveyancing process. Brian Harrop-Griffiths also specialises in probate matters from obtaining the Grant of Probate to distributing the assets as per the terms of the will.
	Laura Johnson Laura started with the firm in 2005 and upon qualification accepted a position in the residential conveyancing department. Laura has experience in all elements of conveyancing including freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases. Laura has also gained experience in commercial property and often assists Andrew in this field. Laura also undertakes all elements of probate work and will drafting.
	Michelle Valerio Michelle Valerio is an Associate Partner of the firm having recently incorporated her practice of Michelle Valerio Solicitors. Michelle has extensive experience in commercial firm over 5 years undertaking a range of commercial work including commercial property work, employment, general civil litigation including High Court and Mercantile work and employment. For the last 5 years Michelle has operated as a sole practitioner specialising in property work including residential property, commercial property, landlord and tenant work, commercial agreements sale and purchase of businesses and company work generally. Michelle has represented a client in obtaining half the estate of her deceased partners business upheld in the Court of Appeal and enforced the judgement against property in Spain through the reciprocal enforcement of judgments in member states in the Supreme Court of Spain.
	Carole Pearson Carole Pearson is an executive in the residential conveyancing department and has worked with John Morse for in excess of 30 years. Carole Pearson brings a wealth of experience to the firm and continues to advise and assist new and old clients alike in the conveyancing process.
